Have you ever seen a vision of what the end result of a photo would be like before you actually begin shooting? I certainly had that exact experience with this photo. Even with an 'ideal' vision of the final result, this photo still didn't come out exactly as intended. I took about 5 shots from various angles but ultimately settled on this one because of the distinct lines and the natural sunburst spreading from the focus point.
Related to the site, I'm very proud to mention that f/1.8 has seen a massive influx of daily readers and a increasing number of comments. I couldn't be happier and I hope word of mouth can help make f/1.8 into a community of photographers, photobloggers, and people who just enjoy viewing photos. I know I say this alot but I must give a big thanks to everyone who has supported me and my photography including all the visitors who find the time to comment on my photos.
