I took this shot in downtown Athens. For those of you that may not know, Athens is one of the most well known college music scene in the states. R.E.M. and the B-52's once called Athens home and while I am admittedly not on the "up and up" of the current scene, I know there are plenty of other examples of groups that have made their start in Athens.



Also, I shamelessly am entering this into the Photo Friday Challenge which is currently "crowded."
