I'm extremely pleased with how this photo came out especially considering the fact it was shot at 238mm. My 70mm-300mm Sigma lense has good reach but holding it steady enough to get a sharp image can be extremely challenging when trying to shoot handheld. This is one of the few shots I've been able to capture handheld with this lense in less than extremely bright conditions.

On a side note, I wanted to get some opinions on an idea I had the other day. I am currently in the very early planning stages of a redesign to better display my photography and I thought it might be kind of neat to post an alternate unedited version of every image I post here on f/1.8. I'd like to hear from you on this. Do you think it would subtract from the posted pictures if you saw a version that was sub-par in color and contrast? I felt like it might give you a better idea of what is possible with images your thinking are not worth your time in editing. Feel free to leave comments on this photo with you opinion on this.
