It's rare that when I come back from a trip or shoot and load up my pictures that I can immediately pick a few that I instantly thing are great. This shot is definitely not one of those shots. Honestly, I probably would delete a shot like this if it wasn't for my almost freakish aversion to deleting anything. Well, I guess it's a good trait in some ways regardless of the stupid amount of storage my pictures require (over 110gb at this point).

Even though I didn't delete this shot, it did take a little bit or photoshop work to get it to this point where I feel confident posting it. Mostly just a few different masks and some filters but I'm pretty happy with the final result. Shots like this just remind me that you never know what type of picture you'll get or what you'll see by just looking in every direction.
