Five Panels

I've had a really hard time picking photos lately mostly due to the fact that I just have not been taking any pictures lately. I've just been rehashing stuff that I've had for 2+ years. While I'm glad that I'm finally getting some milage out of these photos, it's stifling my creative excitement towards getting new pictures on the site. Thankfully, I will be in Boston this weekend armed with my camera and GPS unit (I promise to use it and get some damn GPS-tagged photos). I'm anticipating probably somewhere in the range of double digit gigabytes after this trip so I am hoping to have plenty to keep me busy at least until I make it out to some places I have planned for shoots.

As for this shot, it was taken during my trip last summer to Colorado for work along with these shots from the same trip 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. The one thing I find odd about this is the vignetting that is completely a straight out of the camera effect. I would never expect anyone to believe that but it's 100% the truth. I guess at 10mm the lens was just a bit too wide and wouldn't capture the corners of the shot. Other shots I have taken in daylight at 10mm aren't that dark in the corners though. Kinda weird it's just on this shot but it adds some nice framing.

This photo does not have any GPS data associated with it. It's my goal to have GPS data for all my photos but unfortunately it is just not always possible.
