Like every kid growing up, summer was my favorite time of year. What's better than having just about no responsibilities for three months and a seemingly endless amount of time to do whatever you feel like that day. Needless to say, things are a bit different now and while summer still has its special place for me, it is far from my favorite now. It could be because I now live in Florida and am lucky enough to have mostly great weather all year round (honestly, summer is too hot down here).

Regardless of my seasonal preferences, Hawaii (where this shot was taken) is definitely the land of the endless summer. I've been to Hawaii a few times during both the winter and summer seasons and it has always been what I would consider pretty much perfect weather.
