Unfortunately, I won’t be back to see this gorgeous view this January. Instead, I get to share it now and remember the peacefulness I felt at this very moment. This was taken on the Big Island at the southern most point of the island. After about a fifteen minute drive down some dirt roads we stopped at this point which was about half way to our final destination. With the giant turbine windmill in the background and the strong wind, probably about 20-30 miles per hour, the tall grass was gently but permanently swayed. Gusts were ripping through the grass and left a distinct path like someone had just ran through with the arms spread. It was pure beauty.
Many people suffer from a common complication known as Comment Apprehension or CA. CA is common among visitors between the ages of fifteen and eighty-eight. CA is spreads quickly and prevents you from being an active member of your community. The only known cure for CA is to place your fingers at the ASDF JKL; position on the keyboard in front of you and begin typing. If that doesn't work, it is suggested you seek medical attention.
